PUTRAJAYA: In view of Visit Malaysia 2020, Pahang-based Zenith Aim Sdn Bhd sees good prospects of business hotel as the 5-star hotel in Putrajaya is strategically located for business meetings and seminars and surrounded by government offices.
According to it’s executive chairman Datuk Seri Tew Kim Thin, as quoted in New Straits Times, Zenith has been investing RM400 million in the commercial cluster of Zenith Kuantan, Sultan Ahmad Shah International Convention Center and the Kuantan City Mall in Pahang and more than RM200 million in a 5-star hillside resort and service apartment.
Tew added, 100 per cent of its GST refunds have been received from Customs.
Meanwhile, promotions have been stepped up this year in preparation for Visit Malaysia 2020 which aims to attract some 30 million international tourists and RM100 billion in tourism receipts.
