KUCHING: Dr Sim Kui Hian today assured that the medical department has enough supplies of medication and ensured that the medication will be delivered to the patients to prevent public gathering.
According to him, everybody will be exposed to risks of infecting the COVID-19 should there be public gathering while taking the medication.
“Every time we gather, we are basically putting everybody at risks,” he said in a press conference on the latest update of COVID-19 in the state, here today.
He advised the patients not to come to the clinic unless there are emergency cases and very important cases to prevent from the gathering.
“We can the send the medication to the patients or we can just give them medical prescriptions,” he said.
According to him, the Sarawak Heart Centre in Kuching has provided medication by post service and strives to provide the patients with more medication supplies for longer duration.
